Monday - Friday, June 4 - August 17


This summer the Burleson Public Library is partnering with Purple Hearts Inc. and the Texas Department of Agriculture to provide summer meals to kids ages 18 and younger. Snacks will be distributed Monday-Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Ms. Becky's desk, in the children's section of the library. Lunches will be served Monday-Friday from 12:30-1:30 p.m. outside in the library garden. This program will run from June 4-August 17. There is no cost for these meals and no registration required. Girls Inc. Program (Girls ages 5-12)


Fridays, June 15-July 27, 2-3 p.m.; No class on July 6


This summer, join us every Friday afternoon from 2-3 p.m. for a fun program geared specifically for girls! This semester's theme for the girls ages 5-12 will be Girl Power! This program is presented by Girls Inc. of Tarrant County.

Sensory Stations in the Garden


Saturday, July 21, 10 - 11:30 a.m.


Families, join us in the library garden for sensory stations! Kids will have the opportunity to learn about their world through different textures, including water, sand, shaving cream, bubbles, and more. This program is recommended for children ages 2-6, but all ages are welcome!

Pop-Up Young Builders Club

Join us for a pop-up young builders club! We will be designing and building projects together! No registration is required and this is a come and go event. All ages are welcome!

Kindness Club

Do you want to change the world with kindness?! Join our Kindness Club! We will work together on projects that share kindness with people in our community!

Logic Club for Homeschoolers


Friday, August 31, 10 - 11:30 a.m.


Homeschoolers (ages 5-17), join us for an afternoon of board games and fun! We will be playing board games that require us to use logic and strategy. We will provide some games, but you can bring your own games as well! Some game ideas are: Monopoly, Scrabble, chess, dominoes, Story Cubes, etc.
