This project will extend Alsbury Boulevard from it's current terminus southwest of Cathy Drive to Hulen Street.

The project includes:
* Two travel lanes divided by a landscaped median
* Two roundabouts * A 10' trail on the south side of the roadway *Landscaping and lighting consistent with the vision detailed in the Transit Oriented Development District as outlined in the Comprehensive Plan *At-grade crossing of the BNSF rail line *Closure of the rail crossing on CR921 immediately following the opening of Alsbury
Construction cost $3.7M, total project appox. $7M
$400,000 in City Funds, $5.93 million from 2013, 2014 & 2015 bond sales, $400,000 in 4A funding and $440,000 from the Gas Revenue Fund.
Project Substantially Complete in December 2017. Opened to Traffic on December 6, 2017.
Quiet Zone for Railroad Crossing is in permitting. The crossing will go quiet on February 26, 2017.
