Purpose: Continuation of Lakewood Drive to CR 1021, including relocation of the Wicker Hill railroad crossing. Project will significantly improve emergency vehicle response times to the western areas. A railroad crossing will be constructed.
End Result:
Improved Emergency Response times to west areas, better traffic circulation for residents between SH174 and the Chisholm Trail Parkway.

Progress:  December 2021 - Project has started construction by developer and is nearing completion.
