NBC Universal Local is teaming up with the Burleson Animal Shelter, along with hundreds of shelters across the country, to host Clear the Shelters, a nationwide pet adoption drive in August 2022 that helps find loving homes for animals in need. Since 2015, NBCUniversal Local’s Clear The Shelters pet adoption campaign has resulted in more than a half-million pets finding new homes.
