Sprouting Change (Ages 5-11)

Tuesday, August 30, 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Join us as we learn the importance of gardening and how it is good for your body, your community, and the earth. Learn what sustainability is and where food comes from. We will read a couple of stories and gain hands-on experience when you build your own mini garden. This program is for ages 5-11 only. This program is presented by the Gibson D. Lewis Library from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. We hope you can join us!

A Food Adventure (Ages 5-11)

Learn about the adventure that food takes as it travels through your body. During this time, we will learn about the 5 food groups and what makes up a nutritious meal. We will read a book to understand the different food groups. This program is for ages 5-11 only. This program is presented by the Gibson D.
