Capital Improvements is responsible for implementing the City’s Capital Improvements Program through design, bid, and construction management of water, sewer, paving, and drainage projects.
Ensuring Consistency of Construction
CID ensures that the City’s infrastructure is constructed in accordance with our Master Plans for water, sewer, roadways, and drainage, so that the infrastructure necessary to support the existing population as well as future growth will be in place when it is needed.

The office is open during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Inspection hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
