Utility Customer Service Online Payments

The City of Burleson Online Utility Payments system will allow you to look up the status of your water, sewer, and garbage account, view your payment and consumption history, and pay your bill over a secure Internet connection using a credit card. This system, powered by Click2Gov©, will provide improved service by giving the public real-time access to their account at their convenience - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. MasterCard and Visa are the only credit cards the City can accept.

Registration
You must 1st register to use this service. Follow the steps below (you may wish to print this page before you begin). Registration is only necessary the first time you access the online payment system. Click the Online Utility Payments button to the right if you are already registered to use the Click2Gov© online payments.

Steps to Register for Online Payments:
  1. Select the Online Utility Payments button above.
  2. Select the "Create password" option from the menu on the left.
  3. Enter your Utility Account Number including the dash and the route and cycle number just as they appear on your utility statement. Click the Sign On button.
  4. Choose your password, which can be any combination from five to ten letters and numbers. Type in a hint to help you to remember your new password. Enter your e-mail address. Click "Submit." A confirmation email message will be sent to you shortly. Click the "Exit" button to close the application.
  5. Important: You will receive an email verification message from Burleston Utilities that will contain your account number, your newly defined password, your password hint, and a link that you must click to complete the registration process. You may have to copy and paste the link into your browser address bar if the link does not open.
  6. The link will take you to the account inquiry screen and prompt you for your Utility Account Number and password. Enter this information and click "Sign On.” A confirmation screen will be displayed to let you know you have successfully registered.
