Utility Billing And Other City Services Move To City Hall Annex Starting Feb. 19

Effective Monday, February 19, customers requiring in-person assistance with paying utility bills, seeking to begin water service, apply for an inspection or permit will need to go to the city's newly opened annex at 135 W Ellison St, Suite 109, just across Mayor Vera Calvin Plaza from Burleson City Hall, 141 W. Renfro. The annex is now home to various municipal services, including utility customer service, BTX 311, permitting and inspections, development services, economic development, and the engineering division. 

The annex will maintain hours identical to city hall's, welcoming visitors from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. It's worth noting that numerous services offered by these departments remain accessible online or via telephone for added convenience:
