How old does my child have to be to work out by themselves?
Children 6 - 12 years old have access to the Family Fitness Area with direct supervision from a parent or guardian, recommended ratio is 1:1. Children between the ages of 13 - 15 must be accompanied by an adult (1:1 ratio) unless having completed the fitness orientation. Ages 16 and up can work out by themselves.
