To achieve this objective, the Purchasing Department seeks to foster as much competition as possible by inviting all who wish to compete for the opportunity to sell to the City of Burleson to do so.
All procurement activities for the City shall be administered in accordance with the provisions of the City of Burleson Purchasing Policy, with the express intent to promote open and fair conduct in all aspects of the process.
