Online Bidding

For projects and services valued at over $50,000 the City of Burleson utilizes a competitive bidding process. All Request for Proposals are advertised in the Fort-Worth Star Telegram and posted in Bonfire. Bonfire is an online platform that is free for vendors and allows access to Requests for Proposals, questions, bid submittal, and past proposals and awards. Registration through Bonfire is required to submit a bid to the City of Burleson.

• Manage vendor profile and update commodity codes, insurance information and other critical profile data.
• Receive notifications when solicitations match vendor commodity codes.
• Receive notifications when awards are made.

The Burleson City Council awards contracts resulting from bid solicitations during the City Council meetings on the first and third Mondays of each month.
