Library cards are issued at no charge if you live or own property within the City limits of Burleson.
Non-resident cards cost:
$12.50 for one year of unlimited checkouts from the Burleson Library only (single user age 62 or older)
$25 for one year of unlimited checkouts from the Burleson Library only (single user)
$50 for one year of unlimited checkouts from the Burleson Library only (family membership)
Opportunities are available for non-residents to qualify for a library card through volunteer service to the library. Students, teachers and administrative staff of K-12 schools within the city limits of Burleson may also qualify for free library cards. Please contact us for more information.
To apply for a library card, simply fill out the online application. You will be assigned a temporary library card number. When you come to the library, bring your photo ID (driver's license, state issued ID, passport or military ID) with you and you will be issued a permanent library card. Under 18? Be sure to bring your parent or legal guardian.
