Each Summer Promises Community Ministries provides breakfast and lunch to each child who qualifies for the free lunch program during the school year.

Burleson ISD Summer Lunch Program

Free for anyone up to age 18. The program begins May 27 and runs through June 27.

Breakfast is served 7:30 - 8:30 a.m.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Harvest House Summer Food Program 

If you are a Harvest House client with school age children (5 - 18 years old) and live in their service area, you can qualify to receive groceries twice per month and kid-friendly breakfast and lunch for 10 days.

Joshua ISD Summer Lunch Program

Available to all Students and Children in the Joshua Community (This program is free to all children between the ages of 1 and 18). The program begins June 2 and runs through June 26 at the 9th grade campus cafeteria. Children will be required to be present and consume their meal on-site. Grab and go meals will not be available.

Morning snack is served 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Harvest House Food Pantry

The Harvest House Pantry allows clients to obtain food and other necessities once a month.
During summer months, clients with school-age children are allowed to pick up food twice a month. To an extent, clients are allowed to make their own choices from the store, which emulates a retail grocery store.

First Missions Food Pantry

The First Missions Food Pantry, in partnership with the Tarrant Area Food Bank, provides non-perishable food items for people in need in our community. The pantry is open monthly on the first Thursday in tandem with our Helping Hands program. Food is provided on a first-come, first-served walk in basis. OpenDoor FoodBank
