 Section 5512 of the government code provides that every regular, special, or called meeting of a governmental body shall be open to the public. Section 551.031 provides that notices must adhere to the following:

• Be posted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time of the meeting
• Be in writing and clearly state the date, hour, place, and subject of each meeting
• Be posted in 2 locations:
  • On a bulletin board convenient to the public in City Hall, located at 141 West Renfro Street
  • Web Bulletin Board on the City of Burleson website
• 2025 Notice of Intention to Issue Certificate of Obligation of the City of Burleson, Texas
• 2024 Notice of Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation of the City of Burleson, Texas
• 2023 Notice of  Intention to Issue Certificates of Obligation of the City of Burleson, Texas
