Commit to Fit

Commit to Fit is a 90-day program designed to communicate the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by assisting participants with forming a routine of working out, providing encouragement, support, and motivation, while lastly providing quality fitness direction based on their health/wellness goals. 


The Fall program slated to begin September 26 is currently FULL. Please check back as our Spring dates will be posted by January 2023.
