Group X - Fitness Classes

Group fitness classes are included in the membership.

All included group fitness classes are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Most class capacities are limited to 25 participants. But the class capacities are predetermined based on (1) room size, (2) the particular activity, and (3) equipment availability.

When a class is full, for the safety and enjoyment of all participants no one else will be allowed to “just squeeze in.” NO EXCEPTIONS. If a class is consistently full we will do our best to schedule it more frequently so we can accommodate more participants.

Please be on time and courteous to others. For the safety of all participants, late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started. Exit the room promptly after class so the next group can enter.
