Title VI Non-Discrimination
The City of Burleson ensures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, Limited English Proficiency, or related retaliation be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or otherwise be subjected to discrimination under any of the city’s services, programs or activities. Title VI Discrimination Complaints
Any person, group of persons or their authorized representative may file a complaint of Title VI discrimination if such person believes that city services, programs, or activities were withheld or denied on a discriminatory basis.

Complaints may be filed within 180 calendar days of the alleged discriminatory action by completing the Title VI Discrimination Complaint Form and sending to the city in one of the following methods:
