Aqua Fitness

  • Times: 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

This is a low-impact, high-energy class designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, and flexibility—all while being easy on the joints. Set to upbeat music and led by certified instructors, these water-based workouts are perfect for all fitness levels, including beginners and those with mobility challenges. Whether you're looking to build strength, burn calories, or just have fun, Aqua Fitness offers a refreshing way to stay active.

Aqua Yoga

  • Days: Thursday
  • Times: 12 p.m. - 12:50 p.m.

Aqua Yoga is a low impact class that utilizes modified movements and principles of yoga to accommodate people of all fitness levels.
