CityFest, a free event that connects the City of Burleson with the community, will be held from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. Thursday, February 17 at the Burleson Recreation Center (BRiCK) 550 NW Summercrest Blvd.

Burleson City Council and city staff will gather to share significant milestones from the past year and key priorities for the future and offer opportunities to get involved in the Burleson community.

The event will feature giveaways and activities from all the city departments, free food for the first 100 participants, lots of fun activities for the entire family, including inflatables and an obstacle course from the Burleson Fire Department.

At 6 p.m., Mayor Chris Fletcher will address the crowd with key highlights about Burleson’s growth and development, capital improvements, and citywide accomplishments and goals. Participants are encouraged to speak with their city elected officials and representatives from city departments during the three-hour event. This event is free and open to the public.
