Trash/curbside recycling will not be affected by the holiday and will run as scheduled.
Many city facilities will be closed on Monday, July 4. The exceptions are the BRiCk which will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., the Burleson Splash pad will also be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Hidden Creek Golf Course is open for regular play from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Of course, public safety will be working on July 4 keeping all of us safe and the parks and recreation staff will be hosting the 4th of July event at Chisenhall fields, starting at 5 p.m.
