Trash/curbside recycling will not be affected by the holiday and will run as scheduled. Please make sure trash and recycling is at the curb by 7 a.m. to ensure collection.
Many city facilities will be closed on Tuesday, July 4. The exceptions are the BRiCk which will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., the Burleson Splash pad will also be open from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Hidden Creek Golf Course is open for regular play from 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. (last tee time will be 2 p.m.) Of course, public safety will be working on July 4 keeping all of us safe and the parks and recreation staff will be hosting Red, White & BTX, the city's 4th of July event at Chisenhall fields, starting at 5 p.m.
