Connect with Council

Connect with Council events are casual, and informal opportunities for residents and business owners an opportunity to talk with their local elected officials. Burleson City Council invites you to bring your questions, comments or share your thoughts about our community anytime you see them in the community. Councilmembers team-up to host meetings or events throughout the year. In addition, councilmembers stay connected by participating in city-sponsored events and local community activities as well.

Hot Sounds of Summer Kick Off Concert
Friday, May 27 at 7PM
The Mayor and several Council Members will be at the first Hot Sounds of Summer Concert of the Summer Series to welcome the community and kick off summer celebrations.  
 Touch a Truck at the BRiCk Parking Lot
Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 10AM
Join Police and Fire as they team up with the Library's Summer Reading Program to show off their vehicles to Burleson Families.

Wave to City Council Members as they pass by in the annual event.

Facebook Live AUA (Ask Us Anything)
Monday, July 11 at 6PM
Council Members will go live on Facebook to answer citizen questions.

Big Time Bubbles
Monday, June 27 at 10AM
 Visit with council members while your kids enjoy bubbles, foam cannons, beach balls and music at the library garden.big time bubbles

 Back to School Bash

Saturday, August 13 at 4PM
Snag some swag from council members who will be at the event in the Plaza to wish students, families, and teachers well in the upcoming school year.
